Job Summary:

Dexian - Signature Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize AIG processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain process standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as a process engineer in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean principles, and six sigma methodologies.
