Wealth Management Client Service Associate

The Wealth Management Client Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our advisors through a comprehensive service platform. This position is responsible for assisting in the achievement of sales revenue by building relationships with clients, managing referral sources, and utilizing technical and interpersonal skills. The Client Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Extensive Client Contact: Involved in all activities that align with prospective and existing clients.
- Account Maintenance: Performs tasks such as money transfer requests, contact information changes, and other related duties.
- Account Opening Process: Manages the account opening process, including retrieving executed documentation from clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.
- Liaison: Serves as a liaison between the sales team, compliance, and other business partners throughout the firm.
- Client Activity Review: Reviews client activity to ensure overall accuracy, proper settlement, and reconciliation.
- Client Meetings: May attend client meetings, prospect meetings, and client/marketing events.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Years of experience; years of experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently, understand prioritization, and effectively handle multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required; experience with DocuSign preferred.
- Accurate typing, spelling, and grammar skills; good written and oral communication skills; good organizational and customer service skills.
- General banking and operations experience is helpful.
- FINRA Licenses and preferred.
- Appropriate State Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred.
