Job Description:
As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of medications and health-related items to our residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, coordinate, and perform tasks on the service plan according to resident preferences and abilities
• Serve as a shift leader, providing guidance and monitoring to Resident Assistants
• Order, store, and assist with medications according to Community and regulatory policy and procedure
• Administer routine non-injectable, oral, rectal, or topical medications, following accepted practices, as ordered by the physician
• Maintain accurate medication and treatment records
• Document reasons a medication was omitted or if a PRN medication was given
• Report any medication errors made or noted and complete appropriate forms
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
