Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ortho Neuro Trauma team. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, incorporating patient-centered care principles.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or BSN degree.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
