Job SummaryWe're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse RN Ortho Trauma to join our Medical Surgical Unit. Our team provides comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions. As a Registered Nurse RN Ortho Trauma, you'll have opportunities to expand your knowledge base and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice.
- Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families, incorporating patient teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
- Graduate from a school of nursing with an ADN or BSN degree.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice or an active compact license.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
