Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct dental care to patients, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment, following established policies and protocols.
  • See patients of all ages, from children to adults.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited dental school.
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Florida or ability to obtain one.
  • New grads and residents welcomed.

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed salary: $ annually.
  • Bonus incentives based on patient volumes.

  • Student loan repayment.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Wednesday, Friday: 8 am to 5 pm.
