  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track production performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably in the industrial gas industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Proficient in Microsoft applications and other relevant software.
