Respiratory Therapist, Nights

As a Respiratory Therapist, Nights, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our critical care units. Your expertise in recommending and administering therapeutic and diagnostic procedures will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and lead less experienced practitioners in providing exceptional patient care.
- Perform respiratory care quality assurance problem-solving and take appropriate actions to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement respiratory care plans, making recommendations for patient management and serving as a resource person to RCPI/RCPII.
- Communicate effectively with professional colleagues, manage time effectively, and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in the evaluation of new respiratory care equipment and provide in-service education and training to respiratory care personnel.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist-Adult Critical Care Specialty (RRT-ACCS) or Registered Respiratory Therapist-Sleep Disorders Specialty (RRT-SDS) required.
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- Two (2) of the following: ACLS, NPS, PALS, NRP, CPFT, RPFT, RPSGT, CPR Instructor, ACLS Instructor, NRP Instructor, PALS Instructor, or Asthma Certified Educator.
