Job Title: Network Operations Center Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team at Leidos. As a Network Operations Center Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the operational environment for the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational reviews at the start of every shift to ensure services are running as expected.
  • Work to resolve all known system anomalies and perform root cause analysis as required.
  • Generate process improvements as needed to minimize future occurrences of recurring issues.
  • Document new processes and procedures, and mentor junior team members on the latest processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • BS and 4+ years of experience.
  • IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
  • Active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems.
  • Experience in at least 5 of the following areas: configuring Cisco switches and routers, dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), TCPDUMP / WireShark, troubleshooting of S2S/ DMVPN / IPSEC tunnels connection, Lan and WAN Network troubleshooting, basic Firewall troubleshooting and configuration, basic ISE/TACACs troubleshooting and configuration, AWS Cloud service, VLAN configurations and VLAN Trunking, Spanning tree Protocol, 802.1x.
