Mental Health Therapist II, III, or Licensed Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist II, III, or Licensed to join our team at our Tacoma - Cushman Behavioral Health Clinic. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning to our clients. You will also provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary care physicians, and other community agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients
- Conduct case management and crisis stabilization
- Assess and manage suicide risk
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide referrals and coordination with other agencies
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
- Four or more years of clinical experience
- Active license from the Washington State Department of Health
- Ability to work with diverse populations
