**Job Overview:** Youth Education Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Education Liaison to join our team at Chapman Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing daily support and guidance to all families with school-aged children residing at our center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with vulnerable populations. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for supporting students' academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and reduce truancy rates.
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to identify and address individual student needs.
  • Provide support and resources to families to help them navigate the educational system.
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify and access additional resources and services for students and families.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
