Role Overview

This Family Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of families and children in need. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the educational success of our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a census of all youth enrolled in Kindergarten through 12th grade, tracking attendance, and monitoring designated indicators for school-age children. Additionally, you will assist with school registrations, coordinate transportation (when necessary), and provide basic school needs such as uniforms and supplies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Services or Education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with homeless or at-risk children and families
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
