Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live well in their community and environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and provide emotional support and guidance.
- Work alongside a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Competitive Pay: $17.45-$18.34/hr, Pay on Demand, Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

- Vehicle: Valid driver's license with at least one year of experience and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
