Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional to join our team as a Home Caregiver. As a Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship.
  • Help execute comprehensive personalized care plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including ADLs and light housekeeping.
  • Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
  • Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus.
  • Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.
  • Reliable, dependable, and on-time.
  • Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Can pass a background check and provide references.
