Transportation Specialist

Atria Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Specialist to provide safe, courteous transportation service to our residents. This role requires excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive community vehicles from Atria to social destinations according to assigned schedule.
- Assist residents into and out of vehicles in a safe manner.
- Secure wheelchairs to restraining devices during trips.
- Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
- Maintain records regarding vehicle maintenance.
- Deliver groceries and other belongings to resident apartments.
- Assist the Engage Life Department in activities and programs as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of driving experience and knowledge of vehicle maintenance programs.
- A commercial driver's license to operate large vehicles.
- The ability to operate various types of vehicles, including buses and limousines.
