About the Role:

  • Transport patients to and from medical appointments, procedures, and healthcare facilities with utmost care and safety.
  • Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.
  • Properly secure wheelchairs for transportation, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and well-equipped vehicle, promoting a positive experience for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare professionals, and patients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Uphold the values and mission of Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc., delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Commitment to providing exemplary customer service.
  • Previous experience in patient transportation or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 125 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk without difficulty.
