Job Title: Registered Dietician

Cedar Crest Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and managing disease through the use of food and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess nutritional needs and develop personalized dietary-care plans for patients.
  • Provide expert nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions.
  • Review and approve menus to ensure they meet nutritional and safety standards.
  • Participate in treatment teams and provide nutritional assessments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietician or eligibility for endorsement by the state.
  • ServSafe certification or similar food safety certification.
