Job Overview

The Concierge/Front Desk position at Monarch Communities is a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our residents and guests. This non-exempt, hourly position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on our community every day.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, responding to inquiries and providing information about our community.
  • Process mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency contact information.
  • Monitor security systems, including alarms and front door access.


Physical Demands
  • This role requires standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, hearing, and smelling throughout the workday.
  • Lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds is also required, with proper body mechanics necessary to prevent injury.


Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Experience working with seniors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), is necessary for success in this role.


We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
