Position Overview:
As a Surgical Technician, you will embark on a rewarding career path where your expertise contributes significantly to animal care. Here’s what you can anticipate:
- Collaborate with our three board-certified surgeons and a team of skilled technicians to manage surgical cases effectively.
- Engage in patient evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures in partnership with each surgeon.
- Collect and analyze laboratory samples, including blood, urine, and fine needle aspirates.
- Administer, monitor, and recover patients from sedation and anesthesia protocols.
- Fulfill operating room responsibilities as both a circulating nurse and a scrub technician during various surgical procedures.
- Deliver compassionate care and support to all patients, advocating for their needs throughout their hospitalization.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $25 to $35 based on experience and skill set.
Work Schedule:
- Four 9-hour shifts, including Fridays.
- Rotating Saturdays.
