Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet each student's unique needs and goals, fostering progress and success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is essential for this role.
  • A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is mandatory.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is necessary for this position.
