Solar Construction Manager II

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Construction Manager II to join our team at MasTec Renewables. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed within assigned schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with company safety and procedural policies.
• Supervise construction workers and foremen, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and maintain all required paperwork for the job, including schedules, budgets, and safety records.
• Make key decisions in a well-thought-out manner, ensuring the success of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of construction industry experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
