Solar Construction Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager II to join our team at Wanzek Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing construction activities on job sites, ensuring projects are completed within assigned schedules and budgets.

• Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Team Leadership: Direct and supervise construction workers and foremen, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and other team members.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, making informed decisions to ensure project success.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Five years of construction industry experience, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• Competitive Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
