Job Summary

The Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our Appraiser Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to applicants, licensees, and other stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on reviewing and processing license applications, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process license applications, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants, licensees, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and department policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or the insurance or appraisal industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and real estate appraisal terms, concepts, and industry practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
