About the Role

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Therapist to join our School-Based Health Program team. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based therapy, consultation, and coordination with medical and educational teams to deliver integrated care to children in our school-based health centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide group and individual evidence-based therapy to children
  • Consult and coordinate with medical and educational teams to deliver integrated care
  • Screen and refer children as needed
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy program
  • Delaware Independent licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT) prior to starting in the role
  • 3-5 years' experience working with children, preferably children ages 3-5
