We are currently seeking both Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) who are passionate about providing outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with the facility's medication policies.
2. Adhere to established safety protocols.
3. Report any discrepancies in medication administration.
4. Maintain and replenish medication inventories, and manage discontinued medications as instructed by the Director of Nursing.
5. Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in resident care as required.
6. Accurately complete necessary documentation, including forms, charts, and reports, and submit them as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:
• Valid MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing.
• Experience as a TMA in a nursing home environment.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience as a Nursing Assistant.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
