Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients in developing independent living skills and emotional regulation strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client care plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or human services field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, compassion, and ability to set mutual boundaries
  • Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends
