Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to passengers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a computer to enter and retrieve data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of passenger information.
  • Lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis, meeting the physical demands of the role.
  • Pass a background check, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen, as required by local regulations.
  • Obtain necessary credentials and clearances, including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal, as per local requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 18 years old.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting the demands of a busy airport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
