The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical therapy, with at least 2 years of experience working in a SNF UNIT setting. Active ME license is required, and we offer reimbursement assistance with our internal licensing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a SNF UNIT setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
