Job Responsibilities:

  • Refinish damaged vehicle body parts and surfaces in line with factory and dealership quality standards and timelines.
  • Safely operate and utilize all body shop equipment.
  • Remove rust, grease, and contaminants from surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting using both manual and power sanding techniques.
  • Mix paint to ensure color accuracy according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Apply paint using appropriate tools such as sprayers or brushes.
  • Maintain tools and ensure all equipment is clean and in safe working condition.
  • Wear and maintain all necessary safety and protective gear.
  • Adhere to regulations regarding paints, thinners, and hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with team members in vehicle repair and preparation tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
