Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Advanced technical skills in mechanical and electrical fields, including PLCs, instrumentation, and mechanical engineering.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems, work order processes, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
