Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade in a school setting. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and be passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports.
  • Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
