About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Blue Castle Agency. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 159-unit multifamily community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
  • Lead a small team of maintenance staff and provide guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Maintain the grounds and common areas, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
  • Complete special projects and tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the community.
  • Be available for on-call service during your assigned week for after-hours emergencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, following safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in residential/multifamily maintenance.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Experience using common tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills.
