- Handle daily deposit reconciliation paperwork and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Collect copays and outstanding balances and assist in preparing paperwork for appointments.
- Manage patient portal registrations, respond to medical record requests, and research patient concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and perform opening and closing tasks.
- No formal education requirement, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with computers is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Data entry skills.
- Multi-line phone system management skills.
- Cash handling skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
