Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Coordinator Assistant to join our team at ADEAF Inc.

The primary role of this position is to provide administrative support to the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for staff members and maintain company calendars.
  • Manage company website and email communications.
  • Process incoming bills and payments in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including client onboarding and new staff onboarding.
  • Take inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Participate in office meetings and take notes or draft meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • RBT certification or completion of our 40-hour free training program.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
