As a Physical Therapy Aide at ATI Physical Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
- Escalate patient concerns and issues to clinicians and the Clinic Director for prompt resolution.
- Support ATI's mission by delivering an exceptional customer experience, including greeting and interacting with patients warmly, promoting efficient patient intake and registration, and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
- Assist in reaching clinic metrics by converting referrals into evaluations, assisting with patient rescheduling, and providing primary support during the daily patient check-in process.
- Must be 18+ years old
- High School diploma and/or healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
- Customer Service experience (service industry or administrative role)
- Certified Personal Trainer experience
- Associates Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field
