- Manage an average of 15-17 patients during each 12-hour shift.
- Collaborate with a team of 7-8 hospitalists during day shifts.
- Oversee 1-2 hospitalists during night shifts.
- Engage in concurrent rounding and admissions, with options for swing shifts.
- Work in a closed ICU with 24/7 in-house coverage for rapid responses.
- Deliver primary medicine services alongside post-operative surgical co-management.
- Fulfill an annual requirement of 183 shifts (12 hours each).
- Encourage early to mid-career professionals to consider this opportunity.
- Graduation from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
- Possession of an active or eligible medical license in the state.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and hospital staff, as well as patients and their families.
The compensation for this position ranges from $270,322 to $361,204 annually. This range reflects the starting total compensation and may include bonuses based on productivity, quality, performance incentives, and additional cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits offered by the organization.
