  • Deliver primary medicine services alongside post-operative surgical co-management.
  • Fulfill an annual requirement of 183 shifts (12 hours each).

Essential Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited medical institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
  • Possession of an active or eligible medical license in the state.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and hospital staff, as well as patients and their families.
Compensation Package

The compensation for this position ranges from $270,322 to $361,204 annually. This range reflects the starting total compensation and may include bonuses based on productivity, quality, performance incentives, and additional cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits offered by the organization.
