Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper identification for admittance to the gaming floor
  • Conduct cash escorts as required
  • Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity
  • Operate a motorized vehicle when necessary
  • Maintain crowd control as required
  • Defuse guest profanity and handle issues or complaints professionally

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver's license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
  • Must be able to be licensed by State Gaming Commission
  • Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate through two-way radio
  • Bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying occasionally
  • Vision sufficient to perform duties day or night
  • Exposure to an occasionally loud environment

Shift Details

Day shift, evening shift, holidays, evenings as needed, weekends
