Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Junk Removal Assistant. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for manually loading our trucks with your team, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually load trucks multiple times per day.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure job sites are clean at the completion of each job.
  • Organize and properly store tools/equipment after each job.
  • Ensure items are being properly disposed of according to protocol.
  • Ability to problem solve and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Be an ambassador of the Hefty Rhino Junk Removal LLC brand.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, be coachable.
  • Customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Hard working with a determined mindset.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift between 50-75 pounds throughout the day.
  • Pass a background check.
  • No drugs or alcohol.
