This role may involve service around various facilities such as airports, commercial establishments, healthcare institutions, sports venues, entertainment locations, educational institutions, or storage facilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report check.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a passenger transport operator is preferred
Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport, load, and unload passengers, providing reliable transportation services at specified pick-up and drop-off points.
  • Ensure the secure loading and unloading of passengers, including the safe operation of specialized equipment for assisting passengers with special needs (e.g., wheelchair lifts and tie-downs).
  • Assist passengers with their luggage as required.
  • Regularly inspect vehicles to identify any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs; perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide assistance to patrons at various transport locations.
  • Conduct inspections of the transport vehicle for preexisting damage, documenting findings using electronic devices or manual records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests; respond to inquiries in a professional manner, providing directions as needed.
  • Uphold and implement the evacuation plan for the transport service and coordinate evacuation activities as necessary.
  • Promptly report any incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  • Refuel and maintain transport equipment, keeping accurate fuel usage logs.
  • Maintain a clean working environment, ensuring the transport vehicle is disinfected after each use.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and Department of Transportation regulations.

Compensation: $10.83/hr plus tips.
