Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
2. Leverage social media channels to advertise job vacancies and connect with prospective candidates.
3. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and compatibility with the organization.
4. Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and devise recruitment plans.
5. Oversee the complete recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
6. Maintain precise and current candidate records within the HRIS system.
7. Coordinate employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to create and refine job descriptions and postings.
9. Establish and nurture relationships with nursing schools, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in nurse recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, ideally within the healthcare or nursing sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for recruitment initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong persuasive skills to effectively represent the organization to potential candidates.
- Experience in contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships is advantageous.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
