About the Role:

As a compassionate Caregiving Professional, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will develop and implement tailored plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

Clinical Expertise: You will possess expertise in areas such as catheter care and placement, wound and stoma care, skin assessment and ulcer prevention, and educating patients and families about healthy living habits.

Work Environment:

You will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Our community hospital is a Level 1 trauma center, recognized for its Magnet status and commitment to providing high-quality care.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
