Job Description

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Enterprise Supply Chain team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the overall category plan.
  • RFX Management: Lead the development and execution of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and other sourcing events.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of supplier proposals, analyzing factors such as pricing, quality, service, and risk.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including contract execution, amendments, and renewals.
  • Vendor Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cost Savings: Drive cost efficiency initiatives and achieve targeted savings goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Purchasing, commercial Contract Negotiation, and Supplier Management roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software/Cloud/SaaS procurement.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in developing and running sourcing events.
  • Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, contracts, and project management principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of purchasing systems, category management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
