Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and owners, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Stripping and replacing linens
    • Vacuuming and dusting
    • Mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms
    • Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in common areas
  • Complete all cleaning tasks within designated timeframes to meet productivity benchmarks.
  • Report any maintenance deficiencies to uphold resort standards.
  • Restock linens and guest amenities as needed.
  • Assist colleagues and collaborate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize self-service technology as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and grooming standards established by the company.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A minimum of one year of self-inspection experience
