This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers entering the Flyers Training Center. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with general inquiries, and perform various tasks to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with rental skates and equipment
- Process payments for customers, players, and teams
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area, ensuring skate pairs are properly stored
- Answer general customer questions and provide information about programming and events
- Respond to incoming calls and greet customers as they enter and leave the facility
- Operate the cash register and manage daily transactions
- Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with daily duties and tasks
- Work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends, and be available for overtime as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and transactions
Comcast is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $16.00 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, as well as a bonus.
