Position Summary:

DealerFLEX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, outside sales experience, and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role requires frequent travel to engage with potential clients and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the automotive dealership sector.
  • Present and sell DealerFLEX’s hospitality and transportation services to car dealerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote DealerFLEX services.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably with experience in car dealerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
