Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for greeting guests, processing reservations, handling room assignments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Registration: Greet guests warmly and efficiently process registration, assignments, and check-outs.
  • Room Management: Manage room availability, issue keys, and post charges.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze problems and implement solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Fluent knowledge of English language.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
