- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new business accounts

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- High School diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence others
- Experience with professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organization and presentation skills
