    • Resolve customer complaints and service deficiencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and reduce expenses in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Operations Director.
  • Operations Management
    • Ensure that the restaurant and bar maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
    • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Employee Management
    • Maximize employee morale by leading by example and providing the necessary tools, guidance, and support to enable employees to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure that the restaurant and bar comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
    • Minimum five years of high-volume food and beverage experience.
    • Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
  • Qualifications
    • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    • Previous work experience in a high-caliber chef-driven property.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
    • Knowledge of computer programs, including Word, Excel, Windows, and LMS.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with high standards of customer service and food quality. The ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
