We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing individualized education programs (IEPs) and working collaboratively with educators and families to support students' communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience in providing speech-language services in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
