Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our KCX cash register system.
- Stock and face merchandise on shelves, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in receiving freight and organizing incoming products, ensuring timely restocking and inventory management.
- Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with FFL requirements for the sale of firearms is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing required.
Our retail store environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with cold and warm conditions. Irregular work schedules may be required.
